Sam is 6 months old!!

It's hard to believe that Sam is 6 months old! A lot has changed in a month. Sam has a whole new view of world now that he can sit up all by himself! He has also become mobile and can slowly but surely crawl his way around! He weighs 18 pounds now and is getting bigger every day! He is such a fun boy and is so full of energy. His favorite part of the day is when Eric gets home from school....he gets so excited!! We just love our Sam and are having so much fun watching him grow and learn!

Always on the move...

The Big Blast!

We are staying safe and warm despite the Big Blast of 2007! Everything in Toledo has been closed for the day...including Eric's school!! We got a foot of snow overnight and with wind chill the temperature was below zero. The wind made for lots of drifting and blowing snow, but we've made the most of it and decided to play! Happy Valentine's Day!

SO BIG!

Sam is growing fast! He is so close to crawling! He can get up on his hands and knees, but just hasn't quite figured out how to make everything move how he wants. He is also working on sitting up and can sit for a few seconds all by himself now! He is such a sweet BIG boy!

Burrrrrrrr!

Well, winter has finally hit Toledo!! The past few days have been SO terribly cold. The temperature has only been about 5 degrees, but with the wind chill it has been anywhere from 10 to 25 degrees BELOW zero!!! Some schools have cancelled classes because of the cold temperatures...Eric still has to go though :( We have a little bit of snow on the ground, the sky is blue and the sun is shining... but it's just freezing! We have to really bundle up to go anywhere. Needless to say we've been spending quite a bit of time inside! We can't wait for spring to come!! Here are some pictures of Sam all bundled up...
