Between Eric's crazy work schedule, a trip to Utah, and then a week with Eric all to ourselves...March has flown by.
Let's start with the good, old Beehive State.
Eric has been working like a dog on the trauma service, so the boys and I decided a trip to Utah was a must. I was a bit, no, a lot nervous about flying solo with three active little boys, but I wasn't about to let that stop us from getting away to Utah for 10 days.
Our flight to SLC was a breeze. The boys all did so great. I think I figured out the equation for a successful flight: A sleeping 3 year old + a movie loving 5 year old + a 6 month old angel + a very amazing friend who gets up at the crack of dawn to help you through airport security = a great, almost too good to be true, traveling experience.
I'd do it again in a heartbeat.
We landed in Utah and headed straight over to meet little Laney Cloe, the newest Morgan cousin.
Max was especially taken with her, and my little Jake suddenly seemed all grown up.
We then headed to one of my favorite places in the world... St. George. Oh my heck, I love it there! Blue skies, red mountains, swimming, long walks, no schedules. It is heaven on earth; especially when almost the entire family can be there together. We missed Eric, so much!
We visited beautiful Temple Square...
Ten days to spend with our favorite people sounded like so much time, but like always it went by just. like. that.
If only Indy wasn't so far away.

The very thought of you in the airport with your 3 young'uns gives me heart palpitations. Wow! Amazing. But so worth it, right? The photos speak for themselves.
p.s. your haircut it adorable. It makes me want to cut mine. I'm soo tempted.

I've been wondering what you guys have been up to! I love all of the pictures. where did you get your green and navy striped sweater/jacket thing? I love it! and I love little laney's name :) we need to come and visit you guys! kent has a vacation week this month- we may head that direction and check out your zoo/children's museum!
