The second half of Eric's vacation week was full of family.
Eric's brother, Aaron, and his dad came from Utah and Rhyan, Keri & Adelle came up from Bloomington. We got to spend the whole weekend together and it was so fun.
We definitely stayed busy and our weekend flew by!
South Bend was on our agenda because BYU was playing Notre Dame and if you know Eric even a little bit, then you know that he would not have missed this game for the world.
Thanks to some great friends, Sam got a ticket to the game too! He was thrilled to be one of the 'guys' and stay to cheer on the Cougars at his first BYU game. I hear that he loved it and paid full attention the entire game. Eric was just a little bit proud.
Notre Dame is beautiful. It was fun to wander campus.
We had to visit the South Bend Chocolate Company while we were in town. It was a big hit! We took a tour, sampled chocolates, and tried to keep Max from sneaking behind the glass to touch the chocolate frogs.
We love having family come visit. Really, there is nothing better. We love life in Indianapolis, and love to show off our great city...but we sure miss being close to family!
Thank you for a fun weekend!
Come again next year and maybe BYU will pull off a win against those Fighting Irish...

We were able to meander around Notre Dame this past Summer. It IS a beautiful campus! I can only imagine it was that much more during the Fall - lucky!!
You guys always do such fun things! I love that Dockter family, too! xo
Pictures galore! I have been so far behind blogs, and everything you guys have done these past couple of months look so much fun. Your party for Max looked awesome. You need to start up a party-planning business--as if you weren't busy enough. Those boys are growing up that I hardly recognize them. Miss you and missing Indiana!
