Mean Mom

After church yesterday, as I was picking Sam up from nursery, I had a moment to chat with one of the nursery leaders. She was giggling and informed me of something that Sam had shared with her. Apparently, Sam told her that he has a mean mom who makes him sit on time-out. Great! I asked Sam about this on the way home and sure enough he repeated exactly that, "My momma is mean. I go on time-out with da timer."

What else is he telling people?!?

Just wait until he starts screaming that he doesn't love you anymore and he wants a new mommy. Then you will look back and think this was so cute!

Lindsay, This reminds me of what I used to tell my Kindergarter parents at Back to School Nights. "If you only believe half of what your child tells you about me, I will only believe half of what he tells me about you." Fair enough. That was a cute blog. Love, Grandma Verda
