Long time, no blog.

Well, we made it to March!! Hooray!! Hopefully with a new month comes new adventures...and more specifically OUTDOOR adventures. Eric and I realized yesterday that the only time poor Max has ever really been outside is when we rush him from the car and then into the house/store. And even then, he's always bundled and covered up so much that he has yet to really see the sunshine or trees or sky firsthand! I did try to take the boys for a walk earlier this week when our temperatures skyrocketed to nearly 45 degrees. We made it around the block, but Max had a blanket over him the entire time due to the freezing Toledo wind that seems to always blow.

Despite the freezing cold, we have still managed to have some fun indoors. Rice cereal and cardboard boxes have been our main sources of entertainment this weekend. Thank goodness little kids are so easy to please! I love these cute boys:

While I was taking pics of Max eating rice cereal for the first time, Sam insisted that I take a pic of him eating yogurt! He can't be left out!

I love those up-close shots. You're pretty handy with the camera! I can't believe Max already eating cereal...where did the time go?

It's ok that Max really hasn't gotten to see outside and play in it yet. By the time it warms up outside it will be right about the age when he is interested in the world and ready to explore. And then we will be hitting the park three times a week and he will be in heaven! (and so will I!)

Aren't we all ready for warmer weather. Max is such a cute chubby baby. He looks so much like Eric to me. I've been wanting to start cereal with Taylor and just haven't done it yet. Seeing pictures of Max makes me want to feed her tonight. I think it is so fun.

Such handsome boys!! Let's definitely get together when you get in town. I can't wait! What days will you be here and we'll try to plan a tentative time to play, which can always be changed if something comes up. We are very flexible--especially since Mikey just got released yesterday! We totally weren't expecting it, but it's a good thing so we can focus on his health a little easier. So we're wide open! :)

Max is sooo photogenic! I love that kid. Sam is cute, too. Tell Sam we can't wait until he can come play some more, and maybe Max can stay and play too!
