I love being a mother.
Who wouldn't love spending their days with these guys?

Sam made a sweet Mother's Day book in Primary yesterday and answered a few questions about me.  Two of them in particular made me chuckle.
What makes your mom happy?
Sam's response...doing chores!

I'm glad I've got him fooled!  I think it's the loud music I crank up when I clean.  I try to pretend I'm having the time of my life.

What is your mom really good at?
Sam's response...feeding babies!
Hmmmm....we've had quite a few discussions lately about feeding babies, and the anatomy involved.  I only hope he didn't go into too much detail about me feeding babies during Primary yesterday.

Today was a good day.  Is it kind of weird that I really like Mondays?  I love starting a new week, getting caught up and organized for what's ahead.  I also really like Mondays right now because we usually have an open schedule...oh, I love it.

We ventured out for a walk this afternoon and it turned into quite an adventure.

The boys and I ended up down by the creek.  We started with peeking over the edge, then tossing rocks into the water, and before I knew it both boys were in the water and completely covered in mud and muck.  They were in heaven and honestly, so was I.

They played for nearly two hours and completely wore themselves out.
I love days like today.

Looks like you're cut out for being a mother to boys!!!! My boys show up at the doorstep looking like that quite frequently. I am happy that they can just be boys!!!

I know just what you mean about teaching boys about nursing. Cohen tells everyone about me feeding Carter with my "boo-boos". Thanks Cohen.
I can't wait to see what this new one is going to look like, esp since you have already proven you have a good varity of looks to choose from, unlike ours that all look the same :)
