Eric's parents (aka Nai Nai and Yeh Yeh) made a quick trip to Toledo this past weekend. It was so fun to see them and have them meet Max-o Man for the first time! The weekend went by way too fast, but we loved being together!

Many hours were spent setting up, taking apart, and reconfiguring train tracks. Sam LOVED playing trains with Yeh Yeh!

Sam loved being with his grandparents, and I loved that they were able to bond again! It's hard living so far away from family...so these visits mean SO much! Thank you for coming! We can't wait until we can see you again!!

p.s. Doesn't Eric look SO much like his Mom?!?

Sounds like a great weekend! Grandparents are the best. Do you think Max look like Eric and his mom?
I love to see kids mixed and matched with family (smiles, eyes, ect.) :)
Oh...those are 2 lucky little boys to have so many people that love them!! Looks like a very fun weekend! Julie and Eric do look alot the same! (both so cute!) xo
I am so jealous that you have family come and visit so often! Lucky Ducky. Eric does look like his mom, but I think he looks a lot like his dad, too. You can tell they are his parents.
cute pictures. that's so fun to have family visit! i can't believe how big cute max is getting!
I think Eric's mom and him have the same smile.
Sam looks super excited to have his Grandpa do trains with him.
I'm glad you guys have had fun with family the last couple of months. I'm sure it makes the wintertime around here not seem as long. Sam is probably loving all the grandparent attention he's been getting lately...and Max too (although he's probably oblivious to it). The look on Sam's face playing trains with his grandpa is one of pure toddler joy.
