Max worships Sam, and Sam eats it up. Life is good.
This week I've been reminded that the 'Terrible Twos' do indeed exist. Mr. Max has had more meltdowns in public places than ever before. Target, Hobby Lobby and Meijer top his list this week. Good thing he's cute.
This week we had our first taste of winter. We pulled out the snow clothes and played in the little dust of snow on our grass. Sam tried desperately to catch snowflakes on his tongue. We only lasted about 10 minutes in the blowing cold, but it was worth it.
This week we began our Christmas countdown. We ventured to a Christmas tree farm and found the perfect tree. Sam and I decorated it together while Eric hung lights on the house. I just love all of the preparations that come along with Christmas. There isn't a better time of year.

I am pretty much obsessed with your blog and its amazing-ness... well, YOUR amazing-ness!
Cute, cute, cute. I am glad Sam and Max are playing together well. It is so helpful when they do. Your tree looks cute and I like how you painted that wall or the room i can't tell. Have a great weekend!!
I love those cute boys! I love the pic of Sam making a snow angel! Your tree looks so cute, I wanna see a picture of the lights on your house! Love ya
I completely agree with you. I love how your boys are such cute little buddies. Both my older sisters started their families with 2 boys. I love seeing their friendship now...especially now that two of my nephews are teenagers. They are adorable.
ohhh...so cute!! That is the best when your children are old enough to really play together and be buds. It makes the idea of more kids not seem so crazy. Max just looks so grown up standing next to Sam and Eric at the Christmas tree farm.
I loved it when my girls started playing together. And I'm with you on the terrible two's. Even on my third, the public tantrums are still embarrassingly horrifying.
i love this time of year and all the christmas traditions too!
so sweet that your boys are such cute friends! sam looks soo tall! and max is getting so big too.
love your tree and the pics of the boys in the snow!! :)
It must be so nice to watch your kids to play together...
So I have to admit that when I saw your first few pictures of Palm Springs (I was still thinking it was Indi in Nov) I was pretty jealous that you were having such nice weather 4 hours away.
Hi Lindsay, Eric, Sam, and Max. I loved all of you pictures. I love how you write so descriptively. (Is that a good word?) It looks pretty cold in your part of the world. I send my love. Always and forever, Grandma VERDA
