Devour Downtown is one of my very favorite things about Indy. We first went with our long, lost friends, Andrew & Brittani, back when we were all newly Hoosiers. It has since become one of our traditions.
I swear that dinner always tastes better when you don't have to make it or clean it up.
That's a fact.
